Elaine is a mother of 2 boys but always had a passion to work with youth to help them fulfill their purpose.  Elaine uses her unique skills, talent and creativity within OPAMC with fun and exciting art and creative projects.

Kimberly Jarvis is the Executive Director of On Purpose Academy.  She believes that each person is born for purpose.  As Executive Director, Kim is passionate about exposing every child to programs,  activities and opportunities that will help them discovery their true purpose and identity.

Kim is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BS in Business Administration.  She is a Certified Youth and Family Coach and has been working with youth in after school programs since 2005.
